Intent Builder

Create personalized URLs, pre-fetch AI content, and manage your credits.

What is the Intent Builder?

The Intent Builder helps you create personalized URLs with signal and intent parameters baked in. Instead of manually adding query parameters to your ad URLs, you use the builder to generate them — then use those URLs in your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns, and anywhere else you drive traffic.

You can find the Intent Builder at Dashboard > Intent Builder.

How to Build a Link

  1. Enter your base URL (e.g., https://yoursite.com/landing-page)
  2. Set the Signal field — this is the topic or category (e.g., crm, project-management, running-shoes)
  3. Set the Intent field — this is what the visitor wants (e.g., affordable, enterprise, comparison, free-trial)
  4. Optionally add UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content)
  5. The builder generates a URL like:
    https://yoursite.com/landing-page?signal=crm&intent=affordable&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc
  6. Click "Copy" to copy the URL
  7. Click "Save" to add it to your library without using credits
  8. Click "Fetch & Save" to save the link and pre-generate personalized content (uses 1 AI credit)

Save vs. Fetch & Save

The Intent Builder gives you two ways to save a link:

  • Save — stores the link in your library. No AI credit is used. When a visitor clicks the link, personalization happens in real-time on the first visit.
  • Fetch & Save — stores the link and pre-generates the personalized content immediately. This uses 1 AI credit but means the first visitor sees personalized content instantly with no delay.

Use Fetch & Save for high-traffic links where first-load speed matters (e.g., paid ad landing pages). Use Save for links you want to organize but don't need pre-fetched yet.

AI Credits

Each Fetch & Save or bulk fetch uses 1 AI credit per link. Your remaining credits are shown below the save buttons.

PlanCredits / month
Free25
Starter1,000
Pro5,000
Scale20,000
EnterpriseUnlimited

Credits reset at the start of each billing month. You can view your current usage in Settings > Billing.

Bulk Fetch

You can pre-fetch content for multiple links at once from the saved links list:

  1. Select the links you want to pre-fetch using the checkboxes
  2. Click "Fetch" in the action bar
  3. A confirmation dialog shows how many credits will be used and how many you have remaining
  4. Click confirm to start fetching

Saved Links Library

All saved links appear in your library with:

  • Link name — auto-suggested from signal + intent
  • Full URL
  • Signal and intent badges
  • Tags for organization
  • Copy count — how many times you've copied it
  • Notes field for context

Filtering & Search

  • Filter by collection (folders)
  • Filter by tags
  • Search by name, URL, signal, intent, or tags
  • View all, by collection, or uncategorized links

Link Collections

Organize links into collections (like folders):

  • Create collections from the dashboard
  • Move links between collections
  • Bulk move with multi-select

Bulk Import (CSV)

  1. Click "Import CSV" to upload a spreadsheet of links
  2. CSV columns: name, url, signal, intent, collection, tags (semicolon-separated), notes
  3. Download a template CSV for the correct format
  4. Preview before importing (shows first 50 links)
  5. Auto-creates missing collections
  6. Error reporting per row if any links fail validation

Export

Click "Export CSV" to download all links. The export respects your current filters, so you can export a specific collection or tag. Useful for sharing with your team or backing up your link library.

Best Practices

  • Use a consistent naming convention for signals: lowercase, hyphenated (e.g., project-management not Project Management)
  • Use intent to capture the visitor's motivation, not just the keyword
  • Save every link you use in ads — the copy count helps you track which links are actively being used
  • Use collections to organize by campaign, client, or product
