Property seekers know exactly what they want. Your page should say it.
Real estate buyers search with precision — specific city, property type, price range, and features. GetIntent detects their intent — from URL parameters, referrer data, or browsing behavior — and rewrites your entire landing page to match.
From generic listing page to intent-matched copy
Real estate intent is highly specific. GetIntent rewrites your entire page — headlines, descriptions, CTAs — to reflect the buyer's location, property type, and urgency. These headline examples are just the start.

The real estate lead generation gap
Real estate is one of the highest-intent purchase categories on the web. When your page does not match what buyers searched for, you lose leads to competitors who do.
The problem
Your Google Ads target 'luxury condos Miami', '2BR apartments near downtown', and 'homes under $500k Austin' — but they all land on the same page.
What GetIntent does
GetIntent detects each visitor's intent — from URL parameters, referrer data, or browsing behavior — and rewrites the entire page to reflect their specific location, price range, and property type.
The problem
Generic landing pages like 'Find Your Dream Home' do not match what buyers actually searched for.
What GetIntent does
The entire page changes dynamically. A search for 'investment properties Austin' gets copy focused on investment properties in Austin — headlines, descriptions, and CTAs, not lifestyle messaging.
The problem
Lead form completion rates are low because visitors do not feel the page is relevant to them.
What GetIntent does
Intent-matched copy makes the page say what the visitor searched for. Measure form fills and booked tours per campaign with conversion goals, and compare with the weeks before you installed the script.
Works with any real estate website or IDX platform
GetIntent installs as a single script tag — the same way your analytics or chat tool does. It works alongside your IDX feed, CRM, and existing lead forms without modifying any of them.
- WordPress, Webflow, custom sites
- IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, iHomefinder
- URL parameters, referrer data, and cross-page behavior
- Works on search result pages, listing pages, and lead gen forms

Is GetIntent the right fit?
GetIntent fits brokers, developers and rental operators that advertise specific areas, property types or price ranges and send visitors to a general page. It changes the words on the page, not which listings are shown.
Best for
- Brokers and developers running search or social ads for specific areas, property types or price ranges
- Project or office landing pages that serve buyers, renters and investors at once
- Teams that want to measure tour or valuation requests per campaign with conversion goals
Not the right fit when
- Filtering or reordering listings to match the search: GetIntent rewrites text and does not change your listing feed
- Personalized photos, maps or floor plans
- Portals where most traffic is organic listing search without campaign parameters
Proof and how to check it yourself
We do not publish customer case studies for this use case yet. What you can check today: track conversions per campaign in your own dashboard and compare personalization variants in an experiment (Pro and above), see how rarely B2B websites change their copy for paid-search visitors in our study, or audit one of your own landing pages for free.
Features that do this job
The job: make area, project and property-type landing pages speak to what the buyer, renter or investor searched for, without a page per search.

- Brand voice and restricted keywordsTone, preferred and restricted keywords applied to every rewrite.
- Conversion goalsTrack clicks, page views or custom events per campaign, with values through the JavaScript API.
- Experiments (Pro and above)Compare personalization variants with different AI instructions and a confidence level.

Common questions
Does GetIntent change which listings are shown?
No. It rewrites the text on the page and does not touch your listing feed, filters, photos or maps.
How do we keep rewrites within fair-housing and advertising rules?
Add banned phrases per site: a rewrite that contains one is rejected and the original copy is served. Turn on content approval to review rewrites below a confidence threshold before visitors see them.
What does GetIntent need from our ads?
Tagged landing-page URLs: UTM parameters such as utm_campaign and utm_term, or the search term. Traffic without campaign parameters, keyword data or a useful referrer gives GetIntent little to personalize on.
