GetIntent + HubSpot integration
The GetIntent HubSpot integration imports companies from your HubSpot CRM as target accounts for a site, so GetIntent can personalize landing pages for visitors from those companies.
What it does
- Pulls every HubSpot company that has a domain and adds it, or updates it, as a target account on the selected GetIntent site.
- When account-based personalization is enabled for the site and a visitor is identified as one of these companies, GetIntent uses the account's details when it rewrites the page.
What is synced
- Read from HubSpot: company name, domain, industry, number of employees, annual revenue and country.
- Nothing is written back to HubSpot.
How to connect
- 1In HubSpot, create a private app with read access to companies and copy its access token.
- 2In the GetIntent dashboard, select the site you want to use, then go to Settings → Integrations and choose Add integration.
- 3Choose HubSpot, paste the access token and save.
- 4Use Test connection to check the token, then Sync now to import companies.
- 5On the site's Install page, turn on account-based personalization and choose a company identification provider.
Requirements
- A HubSpot private app access token that can read companies.
- Companies need a domain in HubSpot to be imported.
- Account-based personalization switched on for the site, with a company identification provider (built-in lookup, 6sense or Clearbit).
What it does not do
- It is a one-way import. GetIntent does not write contacts, notes, deals or conversions to HubSpot.
- Syncs run when you choose Sync now. There is no automatic scheduled HubSpot sync yet.
- It does not import contacts or deals, only companies.
- It does not identify individual visitors. Matching is at company level and depends on the identification provider you choose.
Frequently asked questions
Does GetIntent write data back to HubSpot?
No. The HubSpot integration only reads companies from HubSpot and stores them as target accounts in GetIntent.
Do I need HubSpot to use GetIntent?
No. GetIntent personalizes landing pages from UTM parameters, signal parameters and referrer data without any CRM. The HubSpot import only adds account-based personalization for companies you already track.

Company name, domain, industry, number of employees, annual revenue and country.
